Toolbox & Truck is published by Iron Mako Media. By using the site you accept these terms. They are short because the site is simple: it publishes buying advice and fitment information and sells nothing directly.

What this content is

Editorial opinion and published specifications, assembled to help you buy the right thing. Every product page states how the assessment was made — see our methodology — and where a manufacturer has not published a figure, the page says so rather than estimating one.

What it is not

• Not a substitute for the manufacturer's instructions. Fit and use every product according to the documentation that came with it. Where that documentation and this site disagree, the manufacturer wins.
• Not professional safety advice. Load securement on public roads, ladder use on a jobsite and vehicle load limits are governed by regulation and by your vehicle's own ratings. We cite the relevant rules where they apply, and citing them is not the same as advising you on compliance.
• Not a fitment guarantee. We publish manufacturers' dimensions with sources and we tell you to measure your own truck every time, because the published figures describe a bare bed. Verify fitment before you order.
• Not a price guarantee. Prices come from the live Amazon catalog with the date they were checked and they change constantly. The price shown at the retailer at the time of purchase is the one that applies.
• Not a seller. We do not sell, stock or ship anything. Every purchase is a transaction between you and the retailer, under their terms, including returns and warranty.
